Early Check-In: Check in time is 3 pm EST however, for an additional $25 fee you are able to check in as early as 1 pm EST.

Late Check-Out: Check out is at 11 am EST however, for an additional $25 fee you can check out as late as 1 pm EST.

🌺 Please note, if any items are taken, you will be charged the full amount for the item. (Inventory is checked prior to every guest's arrival/departure)

🌺 Age Requirement: Must be a minimum of 20 years old to book. Strictly enforced.

🌺 Smoking: Not allowed inside property. This also includes hookah. A fee of $200 will be charged if smoking of any kind occurs indoors. Smoking is allowed outside of the home.

🌺 If the property is in complete disorder and/or trashed, you will subject to a maintenance deep cleaning fee. These fees can be up to $250.

🌺 Please keep in mind, this is a safe family neighborhood. It is important we follow the rules. Noise, unruly behavior, loud music, disrespectful or unlawful activity will warrant forfeit of your entire reservation.
